Not got time to fully document what we have done, however... We have super insulated most of the house (Bathroom and kitchen left to do), external walls, floors, ceiling and roof. The result has been tremendous. We should have done it years a go as it has made a fantastic difference to the house. And for those people who say you can't insulate old houses properly, that's absolute rubbish as we've almost finished.
